Drive For Gold-
The Drive for Gold Rewards Program is designed to recognize and reward you for your candid feedback on the direction of our company, great performance, safe driving practices, following proper DOT procedures and engaging in continuous skills training. SDX has designed this program to thank our drivers (both company and owner operators), who professionally demonstrate their skills, care for our equipment and act as trusted representatives to our customers.
How it works: This entire program is managed online through your personalized Drive for Gold Rewards Program webpage located at The website provides everything you will need - including reward points you’ve earned. When you are ready to redeem your reward points, you will also use this site to order your selected prizes. The rewards program and the surveys are managed by a trusted third party partner, Stay Metrics, hired by Daseke.

Step 2 – Share your candid thoughts and ideas by participating in an anonymous annual survey You will be asked to participate in surveys that are designed to give SDX responsible feedback. The surveys are administered in the strictest of confidence and only the statistical data will be provided to SDX. This data is very important for us and we will use it to identify areas that need attention and improvement, allowing us all to work together to evolve our communication and procedures.
Step 3 – Engage and start earning reward points!
You can visit the “MY ACCOUNT” page to view your progress at any time. Please log into your account at:
Your Login: The Letters “SPD” + your Driver Code · Driver Code = Your legal first name initial then your full last name {all one word} · Drive for Gold login code = Example - John Smith = SPDJSMITH (not case sensitive) Password: Your initial password is “REWARDS” (not case sensitive) Once logged in you will have seven navigation tabs across the top of the page -
Welcome – this will show you your total reward points available along with special news from your company and special offers available. View this page often to keep up with current events. -
Rewards – this is where you can shop for merchandise. It has over 4,000 items from top brands such as: Bissell, Sony, Weber, Samsung, Apple, etc. (Prizes will be shipped to an address you choose). - My Account – this is where you see a detailed list of all reward points you have earned. You can view orders you have placed, edit your contact info, manage email subscriptions and change your password.
Opportunities – this is where you have the chance to earn additional points by completing company quizzes and surveys. Topics can include Safety, New Customers, Company History and more. Check here often to take advantage of all the point earning possibilities.
Rules – this has all the program rules and describes the reward categories. Please note that all redemptions are considered compensation by the federal government and therefore are taxed. Monthly and Annual reward points will be reported and added to yur account by the 10th of the following month that the points are earned.
